At Home in the Wallowas

Arrowhead Chocolates is a family-owned business established in October, 2010 in downtown Joseph, Oregon. Our customers can sit and enjoy a hot chocolate or mocha made with fresh chocolate out of our melter while looking out the window at the gorgeous Wallowa Mountains.
